The fragile order of the Echo

Abstrakt: Das Buch ist als Teil der gleichnamigen Installation im Kunstraum Arte Acción in Mexiko-Stadt erschienen und erkundet die prekäre Ordnung dessen, was wir Wahrheit nennen: eine fragile Balance zwischen Sichtbarem und Unsichtbarem, zwischen Erinnern und Vergessen. In einer Ästhetik der Ephemerie zeigt das Buch, dass Wahrheit weniger ein Besitz als ein flüchtiges Echo ist: entstehend im Spannungsfeld von Sichtbarmachung und Verlust.

Abstract: The book was published as part of the eponymous installation at the Arte Acción art space in Mexico City and explores the precarious order of what we call truth: a fragile balance between the visible and the invisible, between remembering and forgetting. Through an aesthetics of ephemerality, the book reveals that truth is less a possession than a fleeting echo: something that emerges in the tension between visibility and loss.

Resumen: El libro fue publicado como parte de la instalación homónima en el espacio artístico Arte Acción de la Ciudad de México y explora el precario orden de aquello que llamamos verdad: un frágil equilibrio entre lo visible y lo invisible, entre el recuerdo y el olvido. A través de una estética de lo efímero, el libro muestra que la verdad es menos una posesión que un eco fugaz: algo que surge en la tensión entre hacer visible y la pérdida.
